A Date Guide For a Memorable Evening
Is it that tough to think of what to do on a date, irrespective of whether it is your first date or not? Here is a simple date guide to follow, and which you can use anytime to make that date tremendous and memorable.
1. Meeting Place. Meet your date at about 5:00 in the afternoon to give you adequate time to bring her for pre-dinner drinks. If your date has her own car, tell her you would like to meet at your place, and if she does not have a car, tell her you want to pick her up at a place close to yours - do not tell her why, as she will find out when she gets there, and it leaves an element of surprise for the date.
2. Coffee or Drinks. From the meeting place, take your date first to a coffee shop or a pub, for a cup of coffee or pre-dinner drinks. It is not necessary to take them somewhere expensive, but make sure that it is cozy, and the mood is quite relaxing.
3. Dinner. At roughly 7:00 in the evening, take your date to a restaurant that serves her favorite dish. If you are unaware of her favorite dish make certain that the restaurant serves a variety of cuisines from which she can easily choose her favorite one. Be sure the place is not very expensive. Your date might be turned off by the lavishness and formality of a place, if you take her to a fancy restaurant.
4. Concert or Movie. After dinner, ask your date if she would like to go to a concert or a movie. A small concert in a hotel lounge or pub, would be very romantic, and you can select a table away from the rest of the clientele. However, if your date would rather prefer to go to a movie, you better check out a romantic movie to finish off the night.
5. Back to your place. After the concert or movie, bring your date back to your place. This is the reason behind why you needed to meet your date close to or at your place earlier. If your date left her car at your place she will certainly have to pick it up from there, and when you meet her near your place you can always make up a reason to pick up something from your place. Invite your date into your place for a glass of wine, and deal with what you feel should be the closing event for this wonderful evening.
You can always make alterations of your own to this plan, but by just following this simple guide, you will show your date that you took ample time to prepare for the evening. It looks spontaneous, and hence it will be a very memorable date.
